Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and the items are protected for transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
